Where we provide quiz games in HTML or XML format we try to ensure continuous availability of such services but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions, delays or failure to provide such service, however caused. We may additionally, alter the design, format, and specification of the quiz feed at any time. We do endeavour to inform subscribers of any significant changes. Quizmania reserve the right to terminate any quiz feed at any time without notice. Misuse of the quiz data feeds, or inactivity of a quiz feed by a subscriber can result in the subscription being terminated.
Limitation of Liability
