Quiz Packs
All our Quiz Games are supplied as Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) documents.
Once purchased these documents can be downloaded and printed out using your own
printer. You can print as many copies of the documents as you need to run your quiz.
Adobe PDF Files
All our quiz documents are supplied in Adobe PDF format. PDF stands for Portable
Document Format and is an industry standard format for supplying documentation suitable
for viewing and printing on a variety of computer platforms, including Windows,
Unix and Apple Macs.
To view a PDF file you will need the Adobe Reader software, available for free from
Adobe. Adobe Reader will allow you to view and print all our Quiz products.
Zip Files
Some quiz products comprise several PDF files forming a pack. To ensure a fast download
of these documents, we the multiple document files into one file called a zip file.
It's called a ZIP file after the ubiquitous standard for data compression, used
across all computers platforms, from PCs to mainframes.
A zip file once downloaded onto your PC is 'unzipped' and the files within it are
decompressed back into their (larger) original forms as PDF files.
There are many programs available (for free) which can open a zip file and extract
the files within it. Windows XP can automatically UnZip Zipped files without additional
software. The most popular here at Quizmania is the excellent shareware program
called Winzip from Winzip Computing.
You can also use
Google to find other Zip/Unzip programs.
If when you purchased your Quiz Pack you selected the Print & Post option, your
quiz packs will still be available for download from your account but will also
print them out on quality Quizmania stationary and post them to you using the delivery
address supplied during ordering.
